Hash Browns

Servings: 24 hash browns (6-8 portions)

  • 3 large russet potatoes
  • 1 large onion, finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp of paprika
  • 3 eggs


  1. Preheat oven at 375F
  2. Wash potatoes thoroughly, and grate into a bowl of cold water
  3. Rinse well (about 3-4 times) to remove excess starch
  4. Drain water well, and remove excess water with a napkin (dry as much as possible)
  5. Mix in onions, spices and eggs
  6. Bake in the oven on a baking tray lined with parchemin paper, and flip halfway. Remove from oven, and enjoy your breakfast!

One medium sized potato (I would recommend eating the potato with the peel for more fibers) is enough to cover one third of your daily vitamin B6 needs. 💉⚡️
