Yogurt and Nut Butter Dip

Do you sometimes get bored of eating the same plain fruits?
Adding a dip to your fruits is a way to enjoy them even more! In addition to adding texture and flavor to your fruits, this simple dip also adds calcium and protein to your diet.

Difficulty: Easy
Preparation time: less than 5 mins

–  100g or 1/3 cup of natural greek yogurt
–  ¼ cup of peanut butter or any other nut butter
–  1 tsp of honey

Mix all ingredients together and enjoy with any fruit!
